Ahh…I can see the finish line clearly. 🙂
I am excited to say that we’ve gone out quite a few times due to family social events, but we stayed compliant! Enter cheering and clapping. Thank you, thank you. But I’ve gotta tell you, it was very hard to stay in the system.
There were chocolate donuts, strawberry shortcakes, chips and seven-layered dips, oatmeals, toast, and oh so much more. I craved it all. Only because it was in front of me, not that it came up as a thought during the day.
Cravings were really strong this week, not sure if that is normal or not, but I have to check the book. I have been reading labels left and right once again, and I believe in only cheating once a week, unplanned, and if the occasion truly calls for it. This is where I wanted to be with my lifestyle. I feel like I am finally getting back into my Paleo game.
My energy was OK this week. I had great energy throughout the day, but I found myself wanting to go to sleep every night around 8:30 p.m. I guess that can be a good thing since I wake up at 5:15 each morning? It could be that my circadian rhythm is back in tact due to my diligent Whole 30-eating; my sleeping pattern may want to be balanced as well.
I have been surviving off of my 6 Pack Bag which I received as a birthday gift from my husband two years ago and have since used it every single day for work. Thanks, honey buns!
I have no excuses because my meals are packed and cold and ready to eat all day. Here’s a glimpse into my last week’s meals.
If you are on week 4, you can do it!!! We will finish this off strongly!
