I have been working through our third bedroom, our office/hoarder/storage/forgot-we-had-a-third-bedroom-space. It’s been overwhelming regarding its unlimited amount of paperwork and old memorabilia just placed in wrong areas. It took a few days, and I finally came to the realization that I needed help from my husband in drilling some shelves on the inside of our closet door to hold all of our gift wrapping items.
Opening the closet door was always a tiring task. We would open it, see piles of piles and piles of gift wrapping items, tools, board games, paper…you name it, then, quickly shut the door to escape the terror.
We bought repeat items more often than I would like to say because, God forbid somebody had a birthday and I had to enter the dungeon of messy gift bags. I preferred to go to the store and buy things on a shelf because, duh. Lazy.
So I worked on trying to replicate a Pinterest post that was a definite win, yay!
Here are some before photos and some after ones. I hope this inspires you to take a full weekend to organize your extra bedrooms!
